A firm believer that a regular yoga practice can lead immense positive change mentally, physically and emotionally, Katharine teaches and practices on a daily basis. You can find her on the schedule regularly at Modo Yoga NYC, currently teaching Modo and Modo Flow. She also works privately in person and virtually. Katharine received her 500-hour registered yoga teacher certification through Modo International in 2019. Since receiving her certification, she has and continues to teach Modo (hatha), Modo Flow (vinyasa), chair yoga, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. Katharine also volunteers for Veterans Yoga Project, teaching yoga to those who suffer from PTSD. Katharine lives to learn on and off her mat. She is always searching for more ways she can develop her teaching to help everybody feel safe, comfortable, and live a life of ease through yoga.
